Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread pizza
  • olive oil
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 2 peaches sliced and cut into cubes
  • 1 brie wheel cut into cubes
  • balsamic glaze
  • fresh basil leaves shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Onto the flatbread, drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread onion, peach, and cubed brie evenly on top; bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Drizzle over balsamic glaze and sprinkle over basil leaves. Serve immediately.
