- 1 flatbread pizza
- olive oil
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 2 peaches sliced and cut into cubes
- 1 brie wheel cut into cubes
- balsamic glaze
- fresh basil leaves shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Onto the flatbread, drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread onion, peach, and cubed brie evenly on top; bake for 10-12 minutes.
