This Simple Gluten Free Sweet Cornbread is a wonderful adaptation of Del Monte’s #10MinuteWow recipe. No one would ever guess it’s gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 17 ounces gluten free corn bread mix 2 packages of 8.5 oz. each
  • 2 eggs
  • 14.75 oz Del Monte® No Salt Added Cream Style Corn
  • 15.25 oz . Del Monte® No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn, drained well.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a glass or metal 9-inch square baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until blended well.
  4. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool 10 minutes.
