Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked white rice
- 3/4 cups kimchi chopped
- 2 tablespoons kimchi juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan.
- Add-in the chopped kimchi. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Put-in the white rice. Stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour-in the kimchi juice. Stir. Cook for 2 minutes more.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy with galbi.
