Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon about 4 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 teaspoons zest, zest and juice of 1
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced OR 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano OR 2 teaspoons dried oregano, fresh, minced
