- 1 can Genova albacore tuna in olive oil
- ½ lemon juiced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- crackers I love Nut Thins
- mini bell peppers seeded and chopped in half
Instructions
- Prepare tuna salad by combing tuna, juice from 1/2 lemon and as much salt and pepper as you’d like. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed. Scoop tuna salad with crackers or mini bell peppers to serve.
