Simple Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 1/2 cup granola + 1 tablespoon for topping
  • 1/2 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • honey optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine Greek yogurt with vanilla extract. Layer the parfait as follows: spoon half of the granola into the bottom of the glass, then add a layer of half of the prepared Greek yogurt and then half of the berries. Repeat layers ending with berries. Top with remaining granola and drizzle of honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
