Ingredients

  • 1 large green cabbage head
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste
  • Black peppe to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper or a Silpat liner, set aside.
  2. Slice cabbage into 1-inch wide pieces.
  3. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each slice.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to each slice.
  5. Roast for about 15 - 20 minutes until cabbage is soft, a little brown but not burnt.
