Singapore Sling Recipe

Whip up a Singapore Sling, an East-inspired tropical cocktail that perfectly blends sweet and tart, and crowned with a fun pineapple wedge!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/4 ounce Benedictine
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/3 ounce grenadine
  • 1 dash angostura bitters

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, and bitters.
  2. Cover and shake vigorously, about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. (Optional)
