Sinigang na Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon head
  • 40 grams sinigang sa sampaloc mix
  • 1 tomato wedged
  • 1 onion wedged
  • ¼ lb kangong water spinach
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 liter water
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and tomato for a few minutes
  2. Put-in the Salmon heads and let each side cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add water and bring to a boil. Let this simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Add the sinigang sa Sampaloc mix and let this simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add the fish sauce followed by the spinach
  6. Turn of the heat and cover the pan for 5 to 7 minutes
  7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
