Skillet Taco Cauliflower Rice
This Skillet Taco Cauliflower Rice combines ground turkey with flavorful spices like cumin, chili powder, and paprika, cooked alongside riced cauliflower for a lower-carb taco rice alternative. The simmered tomato sauce moistens the mixture, while fresh toppings such as avocado, lettuce, salsa, and lime wedges add brightness and texture. It's a savory, spiced dish that balances protein with vegetable servings in one skillet meal.
