Skinny Buffalo "Wings"

Here's a secret. These Skinny Buffalo Wings aren't actually chicken wings - they're made of cauliflower! Spicy buffalo cauliflower wings make a great game day, or any day, snack!

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Sea Salt Seasoning
  • 1/2 a bottle of Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Fat Free Ranch for dipping

Instructions

Step by Step:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Start by dicing cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  2. Place eggs into one bowl, and panko crumbs and seasoning into another bowl.
  3. Dip cauliflower into eggs, and then into panko crumb mixture.
  4. Repeat with each piece.
  5. Place coated pieces on to a greased cooking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees until golden, about 20 minutes.
  7. After baking dip each piece in buffalo sauce and place on a greased cooking sheet.
  8. Broil for 5 minutes.
