Ingredients

  • 5 cups cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 cups carrot shredded
  • ⅓ cup dill finely chopped
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ⅓ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add the cabbage, carrots and dill. Sprinkle the salt on top.
  2. "Massage" the salad for 4-5 minutes to soften the cabbage and allow it to develop a nice texture.
  3. Add olive oil and pepper and stir everything together.
