Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour unbleached
- 2 cups fat-free less-sodium vegetable broth (or beef if you're a carnivore)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 12 oz baby bella mushrooms cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3.5 oz shiitake mushroom
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon white wine or sherry
- ¼ cup sour cream reduced-fat; or Greek yogurt
- 8 oz noodle Ronzoni Smart Taste, Healthy Harvest or No-Yolk, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon parsley minced, flat-leaf, fresh, for garnish
