  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour unbleached
  • 2 cups fat-free less-sodium vegetable broth (or beef if you're a carnivore)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 12 oz baby bella mushrooms cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3.5 oz shiitake mushroom
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon white wine or sherry
  • ¼ cup sour cream reduced-fat; or Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz noodle Ronzoni Smart Taste, Healthy Harvest or No-Yolk, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon parsley minced, flat-leaf, fresh, for garnish
