Ingredients
On the rocks:
- ½ cup pineapple frozen chunks
- 10 ounces coconut water
- 3 ounces rum coconut flavored
- coconut sparkling water optional, splash
Frozen
- ½ cup pineapple frozen chunks
- ½ banana chopped into chunks, frozen
- 10 ounces coconut water
- 3 ounces rum coconut flavored
- light rum splash
- ice handful
Instructions
On the rocks:
- Blend all ingredients except the sparkling water in a blender, pour into two glasses with crushed or cubed ice. Add a splash of coconut sparkling water and serve.
Frozen:
- Blend all ingredients in a high powdered blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
