- ⅓ cup milk skim
- 1 TBS flour
- 3 TBS cream cheese low fat
- 8 ounces linguine pasta uncooked
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced, medium
- 2 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced, medium
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced, fresh
- 1 red onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tomato diced, medium
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- black pepper fresh cracked
- 3 scallions chopped
- salt to taste
