  • ⅓ cup milk skim
  • 1 TBS flour
  • 3 TBS cream cheese low fat
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta uncooked
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced, medium
  • 2 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced, medium
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced, fresh
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tomato diced, medium
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • black pepper fresh cracked
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • salt to taste

  • Makes about 7 cups.
