  • 1 pound Russet potatoes washed and sliced into 1/4 inch-thick rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
