- 1 pound Russet potatoes washed and sliced into 1/4 inch-thick rounds
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
 - In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
 - Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
