Slimming World Hummus Ingredients:
- 1260 g cans chickpeas
- ½ yellow pepper
- ½ small onion
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and halved
- 1 medium lemon juice only
- 1 Tsp Tahini optional
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 2 Tsp paprika
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place diced yellow pepper, diced onion, and halved garlic cloves into the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- When the air fryer beeps load the contents into the soup maker. Along with the seasonings, tahini, and lemon juice.
- Add 1 can of chickpeas including the juice. Then add 1.5 cans of chickpeas that have been drained.
- Blend on low for about 3 minutes until smooth.
- Sprinkle with remaining chickpeas and serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.

Notes
- Peppers. You can use any colour of peppers. Whatever you have in and also mix it up if you have fridge leftovers.
- Lemon. To make it stronger in lemon add the rind from the lemon as well as the juice.
