Ingredients

  • 6 pounds Golden Delicious apples , peeled, cored and chopped
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on high for 1 hour then stir well.
  3. Cook on low for 10 hours.
  4. Cook on low, uncovered for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until thickened.
