Slow Cooker Asian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 3-4 pounds
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 

Instructions

  1. Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray or put a liner in it. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, quick-cooking tapioca, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and if using a liner tie up the liner.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. Serve over rice and enjoy!
