Slow Cooker BBQ Beef
This slow cooker bbq beef sandwich recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or your next party or pot luck. Everyone loves this easy crock pot beef.

Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 lbs roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Place the roast in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and worcerstershire sauce.
- Top with half the bbq sauce and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred and stir to combine.
- Stir in the remaining cup of barbecue sauce.
- Serve on your favorite buns or Hawaiian rolls and enjoy!

Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze is an air tight container for up to 3 months.
- I prefer to cook this roast on low as I find the meat more tender but you can cook on high if you need it ready quicker!
