Ingredients

  • 5 pounds carrots , peeled and cut into 3/4" coins
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and mix.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Garnish with additional brown sugar or Slow Cooker Candied Cinnamon Pecans.
