Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast , boneless skinless
- 1 cup buffalo sauce , (I used Frank's)
- 1 package Ranch dressing mix
- 8 Brioche buns , toasted
- 8 ounces cream cheese , for spreading
Instructions
- Add chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing mix to slow cooker and mix ingredients together well.
- Cook in slow cooker on low for six hours (use four hours if cooking on high.)
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks and mix well with the sauce before adding to your sandwiches with cream cheese as a spread on your buns.
