Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen hashbrowns shredded
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup 15 ounces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the hashbrowns in the bottom of the slow cooker. There is no need to thaw them.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture over the hashbrowns.
- Cook the hashbrowns on high for 3-4 hours or until done to your liking.
- Open the lid 1 hour into cooking, and mix all ingredients well.
- The hashbrowns are done when golden brown and start to get crispy at the edges.
