Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 1 Sachet Blue Dragon Oyster Sauce With Spring Onion
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Puree
- 1 Tbsp Garlic puree
- 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Add dry ingredients into the slow cooker. Mix until they are well coated.
- Add in oyster sauce and mix.
- Add in sliced spring onion and mix and then cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
- Remove to a plate and serve.

- Ahead. You can also make your chicken drumsticks ahead and then turn on the slow cooker when you need to start cooking them.
- Plain. You can skip the oyster sauce and make plain chicken drumsticks. They are also delicious and perfect for if you don’t like processed sauces.
