Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts (diced into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 lbs Andouille sausage links (sliced into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 onion (diced into small pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced into large pieces)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced into large pieces)
- 2 stalks celery (sliced)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the crock pot except for the cooked rice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the cooked rice. Serve warm and enjoy!
