Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken thighs (4-6 thighs)
- 1 .7 Italian Dressing Seasoning Packet
- 1 .8 Lipton Onion Mushroom soup and dip packet mix
- 1½ cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Marsala Cooking Wine
- ¼ cup heavy cream optional
- Chopped parsely optional, to garnish
Instructions
- Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle over the Italian dressing packet, onion & mushroom soup mix, the mushrooms and 1 cup of Marsala Wine.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- *Optional- At the very end, stir in 1/4 cup heavy cream for a more creamier sauce.
- Serve the chicken thighs whole or shred them all. Serve with loaded mashed cauliflower and top with fresh chopped parsley.
