Slow Cooker Crack Chicken

This slow cooker crack chicken is made with juicy chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon bits. It has all the addicting flavors you crave!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz Bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon and cut it into bite size pieces. Set aside (try not to eat it!).
  2. Place chicken on the bottom of the crock pot. Season with ranch seasoning.
  3. Cut cream cheese into cubes and spread it over the top of chicken.
  4. Set on low heat, cook for 5 hours with a lid. Shred the chicken using two forks. Add cooked bacon pieces. Stir to combine together.
  5. Top it off with cheese and allow the cheese to fully melt. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
