Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken

Sweet cranberry and tangy BBQ sauce give plain chicken breasts a sweet & savory spin that's hard to resist! Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken is a crockpot win!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces BBQ sauce I used Honey BBQ Sauce, but you can use your favorite!
  • 28 oz whole berry cranberry sauce (two 14-ounce cans)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place cranberry sauce in the bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken on top of cranberry sauce, and then top chicken with bbq sauce.
  3. Place on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or LOW for 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is fully cooked through.
  4. Serve over rice and spoon extra sauce over the chicken and rice.
