Slow Cooker Garlic Ranch Pork Chops

This recipe for Slow Cooker Garlic Ranch Pork Chops is simple and delicious. These pork chops literally melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork chops, center cut bone in or boneless, ½ - ¾ inch thick
  • 1-2 cans (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup use 2 cans if you enjoy gravy like we do on rice, mashed potatoes or noodles
  • 1 pkg (1.5 oz) Ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tblsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tblsp pepper or more to taste
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare slow cooker with a liner or cooking spray.
  2. Combine soup, dressing mix, garlic, pepper and broth.
  3. Place pork chops in slow cooker and pour soup mixture over top. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 6-7 hours.
  4. I like to serve this pork chop dish with gravy covering the mashed potatoes, rice or noodles and a vegetable like broccoli, corn or carrots. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • If you enjoy gravy as much as we do make sure to add a second can of soup, no need to add extra of anything else
  • If your seasoning packet is not dissolving easily, you can heat[ mixture in the microwave for up to a minute to warm the soup and allow for easier mixing. I rarely have to do this.
  • You do not need to sear the pork chops before putting them in the crock pot. I have done this occasionally with thicker, 1 inch thick pork chops, but using ½ - ¾ inch pork chops, searing will lead to overcooked meat so do not do it.
