Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound baby potatoes (24 oz. bag)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add the potatoes to a slow cooker with everything except for the butter and parmesan. Mix to combine everything and put the lid on. Cook for 3 hours on high.
- When the potatoes are done, add the butter and stir. I also like to add a little salt & pepper here, but season to your own tastes. They're ready when the butter is melted.
- To serve, I like to spoon a little of the butter from the slow cooker over the plated potatoes and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
