Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound baby potatoes (24 oz. bag)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the potatoes to a slow cooker with everything except for the butter and parmesan.  Mix to combine everything and put the lid on. Cook for 3 hours on high.
  2. When the potatoes are done, add the butter and stir.  I also like to add a little salt & pepper here, but season to your own tastes.  They're ready when the butter is melted.
  3. To serve, I like to spoon a little of the butter from the slow cooker over the plated potatoes and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
