Slow Cooker Honey Carrots Ingredients:
- 1 kg carrots
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tsp Garlic puree
- 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
- ½ Tsp avocado oil
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel and slice your carrots into thirds, or for smaller carrots into halves.
- Load the carrots into the slow cooker.
- Pour in the honey.
- Add in other ingredients and mix with your hands.
- Slow cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7. Check that they are done, by doing the fork test and then serve.

- Baby. If using baby carrots, you will need to reduce your cook time to 3 hours.
