Slow Cooker Honey Carrots. Delicious slow cooked carrots that are cooked with honey and seasoned to perfection. Perfect for dumping in the slow cooker and forgetting about and incredibly simple to make.

Slow Cooker Honey Carrots Ingredients:

  • 1 kg carrots
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
  • ½ Tsp avocado oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice your carrots into thirds, or for smaller carrots into halves.
  2. Load the carrots into the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the honey.
  4. Add in other ingredients and mix with your hands.
  5. Slow cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7. Check that they are done, by doing the fork test and then serve.

Notes

  • Baby. If using baby carrots, you will need to reduce your cook time to 3 hours.
