Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (light or fat free will work)
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 1 ounce can yellow corn drained
  • 1 ounce can diced green chiles
  • optional: 2-3 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 1-2 hours or high 1 hour. (see note)
  2. Stir and serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • *Alternate cooking option: all ingredients can be heated together in a microwave safe bowl or on the stove in a medium sauce pan.*This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, simply increase cooking time to allow for the extra cheese to melt.
