Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning 0.7 ounces
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese diced into small pieces

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken shreds easily.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred and return it back to the crock pot.
  4. Serve as is or over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I do not recommend cooking this one on high as the cream cheese might curdle.  Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
