Crockpot Italian dressing chicken is such an easy one pot meal recipe. Slow Cooker Italian chicken is packed with flavor and simple ingredients

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning 0.7 ounces
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese diced into small pieces
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken shreds easily.
- Remove the chicken, shred and return it back to the crock pot.
- Serve as is or over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
Notes
- I do not recommend cooking this one on high as the cream cheese might curdle. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
