Slow Cooker Korean Beef
Slow Cooker Korean Beef features cubed chuck roast browned and slow-cooked in a savory-sweet sauce made from brown sugar, lite soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. The long cooking time tenderizes the beef, creating a rich, flavorful dish with a thickened, glossy sauce perfected by a cornstarch slurry. It can be garnished with green onions and sesame seeds for visual contrast and fresh flavor.
