Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese
Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese combines elbow macaroni with a blend of whole milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and seasonings such as salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard powder. Cooking the mixture slowly melts the cheeses and allows the flavors to meld into a creamy, comforting dish. The butter adds richness, while the slow cooking ensures thorough softness with minimal active effort.
