Slow Cooker Meatball Pineapple Smokies

This Slow Cooker Meatball Pineapple Smokies recipe combines frozen beef meatballs and mini beef smokies with a sweet and tangy mix of apricot preserves, barbecue sauce, and pineapple chunks. Cooked slowly to allow the flavors to meld, it creates a saucy appetizer or snack with a balance of savory meat and fruity sweetness. The gentle slow cooker method helps tenderize the meat while infusing it with the sauce.
