Ingredients

  • 2 pounds marinated fresh pork roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasonings
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 tick butter
  • 8-10 Pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add pork roast to the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus packages on top. Top with butter and peppers.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Shred with a fork and serve.

Notes

  • *If you are not a fan of peppers, you do not have to eat them, but they are great to add flavor during the cooking process.
