- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 medium lemon, zest and juice about 3-4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tsp lemon zest

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk (whole or 2% preferred)
