Ingredients

Peach Base:
  • 8 cups sliced peaches (skin left on) approx. 8 medium sized peaches
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 medium lemon, zest and juice about 3-4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tsp lemon zest
Cake Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk (whole or 2% preferred)
