Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken

You only need 4 ingredients to make this Crockpot Ranch Chicken. This chicken recipe is loaded with flavor and is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry ranch mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick of butter

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker
  2. Sprinkel with ranch mix.
  3. Pour broth over.
  4. Top with stick of butter.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

  • You can thicken the sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water. Stir into the crock pot. Cook uncovered until thickened.
