Slow Cooker Sriracha Chicken
Slow Cooker Sriracha Chicken features bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs slow-cooked with garlic, brown sugar, and Sriracha sauce for a balance of spicy and sweet flavors. The slow cooking yields tender meat infused with sauce, while finishing under the broiler crisps the skin for texture contrast. This hands-off recipe offers a rich, flavorful chicken dish that can be served with or without the optional green onion garnish.
