Ingredients

  • 6 cups salted peanuts , approximately 32 ounces
  • 48 ounces white chocolate melting disks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles , for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add peanuts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Top with white chocolate melting disks.
  3. Cook on low for 1 hour.
  4. Stir well, then cook for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Drop 1 tablespoon sized scoops onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart before garnishing with sprinkles.
  7. Let fully harden for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before eating or storing in covered containers for holiday gifts.
