Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut or torn into 1-inch cubes OR use 6 large croissants
- 8 ounces cream cheese cut into small pieces
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar tightly packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Put cubed 1 loaf French bread pieces into the slow cooker. Toss together with cubed 8 ounces cream cheese and 2 cups white chocolate chips.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 2 cups milk and 2 cups heavy cream until all of the eggs are incorporated.
- Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon to the egg mixture. Whisk until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over bread in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve plain or topped with your favorite syrup or whipped cream.
