Ingredients
- 400 grams ground beef
- 2-3 tablespoon oil As much as required for frying
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- 4 Buns
- butter as required, to toast the buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- Onion Rings to serve with the burgers
- 3-4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3-4 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
Instructions
- Place the beef mince, 400 grams in the bowl of your blender. Add 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, ½ teaspoon mustard powder, salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and blend it all.
- Allow the blended meat and seasonings to marinate for 1 hour.
- Grease your hands and shape the meat by taking a small portions and rolling into a ball, and then flatten it. let them rest in the refrigerator.
- Add butter to a frying pan. Once the butter has melted, toast the burger buns on a low flame until golden brown.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter to another preheated frying pan. When it melts, add onion rings and fry them slightly.
- Add ½ teaspoon brown sugar. Fry the onions on a medium-low flame until they turn light brown.
- Preheat a large frying pan on medium-low heat with 2 tablespoon oil. Once the oil is hot, place the beef patties in the pan. Let them fry untouched for a minute.
- After a minute flip, the burger patties. Be careful whileflipping the patties, or they may break.
- When the beef patties are almost done, place a slice of cheese on each patty, and when it has melted, the burger patties are done.
- Spread chili garlic sauce and mayonnaise on the burger buns. Then, place lettuce leaves, onions, and any other toppings you like on the buns.
- Lastly, top with the beef patty on one bun, and cover itwith the other bun.

Notes
- Always make sure you fry the patties in a hot pan.
- Flip the patties carefully; otherwise, they may break apart.
- Adding cheese to the patty while it fries allows it to melt equally.
- You can add various toppings of your choice. Tomatoes, jalapenos, or raw onions.
