Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, Worcestershire
  2. sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Whisk the ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
  6. Give the sauce a quick stir before using it.

Notes

  • For a tangier sauce, add more mustard or pickle relish; for a sweeter sauce, increase the amount of ketchup.
  • I recommend using full fat mayonnaise.
