Smoked Chicken Breast

Smoked Chicken Breast delivers tender, flavorful poultry enhanced by a smoky aroma and seasoning rub. The chicken breasts are coated with olive oil, salt, and preferred spices before smoking at low temperatures, which cooks them gently while infusing smokiness. Resting the meat in foil after smoking helps retain juices and finishes cooking to safe doneness. This method yields moist chicken with a subtly smoky crust.
