Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Season both sides of the pork chops evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chops on the smoker. Cook for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the smoker and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
