Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked salmon sliced or chopped
  • 4 each bagels (we like them bite size and use mini bagels)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese. Use more or less depending on how much you love it.
  • 2-3 tablespoons capers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast bagels to desired doneness.
  2. Spread cream cheese over the bagel and top with a layer of smoked salmon.
  3. Top with capers (optional).
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy every bite!
